3. Data Readiness, Item Maintenance & Assortment Planning

  • Master Data Integrity: Validate item setup, master data, PPK configurations, door lists, and distribution pathways prior to order release.

  • Inventory & Forecast Optimization: Monitor valid distribution and heal dates weekly; analyze replenishment profiles, sales velocity, forecasts, safety stock, and modular timing to enhance product availability.

  • Catalog & Reference Management: Maintain accurate seasonal catalogs and reference tools for store and online SKUs.

4. Analytics, Performance Reporting & Forecasting

  • Executive Score carding: Generate recurring reporting and insights on key metrics, including In-Stock %, Fill Rate, OTIF, SQEP/FMP, order status, and heal-date tracking.

  • Compliance & Claims Resolution: Manage OTIF, SQEP, FMP, and accounting shortage claims, working with financial teams on credit memos, validations, and reconciliations.

  • Exception Troubleshooting: Resolve EDI/ASN errors, ticketing issues (Remedy), return authorizations, missed pickups, and inventory rework.

6. Major Events & Continuous Improvement

  • Annual Event & AEX Execution: Lead order setup, load-building coordination, system validation, and tracking for high-priority annual events and new assortment execution.

  • Process Optimization: Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), drive process simplification, conduct hindsight reviews, and foster cross-training within a fast-paced matrix environment.
