Pay Rate: 35.00 per hour

Hybrid (Min 3 days at the plaza) - San Francisco

40 hours a week Monday through Friday (Plaza hours)

Product Development Assistant for Sweaters and Outerwear

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of all GTM calendar development activities to ensure deadlines are met

• Support execution of development activities: proto, commercial sample fabric and garment tracking

• Support the execution of all Preproduction activities. Supporting fit reviews as needed; orchestrate finish/color reviews for approval

• Lead in maintaining accuracy of data into various systems to ensure the integrity of the information

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of college education and related work experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a position that required the manipulation of large amounts of data

• Garment production and/or product development experience preferred

• Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities

• Expert knowledge with PLM and MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

• Dynamic analytical, problem solving and project management abilities with proven systems knowledge and expertise

• Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly

• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to multi-task; confident working in a fast paced environment and an ability to not become frustrated with last minute changes

• Effective relational and organizational skills; ability to work with multiple departments and personalities

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written

• Excellent discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy

• Must demonstrate an energetic, positive, helpful demeanor
