Randstad in partnership with The Hanover Insurance Group are actively seeking a Mailroom Coordinator to join their  Intelligent Document Management (IDM) team on a temporary to permanent basis. Position Overview/Summary:

Responsible for the overall daily production of mailing output that is generated from the organization's source systems. Perform routine checks on the jobs and output to ensure the highest levels of quality and integrity are achieved. Perform customer service tasks for business associates. Remain committed to our C.A.R.E. values in customer service.

Starting pay: $19.00 / hour with a conversion salary of $40,000 at the point of conversion 

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM -4:00 PM onsite

Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

•Identification of issues with systems, output, or processes

•Documentation of varying daily production

•Support other business functions and business partners

•Ensuring SLA’s are consistently met

•Understanding and following of both departmental and organizational policies

•Maintaining proper supply levels of consumables

•Perform other duties as assigned

•Analyze job processes and recommend improvements

•Customer services skills as dictated by management which may include, but are not limited to answering the phone, mail runs, and administrative responsibilities.

Position Requirements:

•High school diploma/GED /equivalent work experience

•Ability to use personal computer and other standard office equipment

•Perform tasks that may be routine and repetitive with accuracy

•Ability to read, write, and perform basic math skills

•Ability to work independently or as part of a team

•Problem Solving/Judgment - Thinks critically and anticipates, recognizes, identifies, and develops solutions to problems in a timely manner
