High Volume Recruiter
Work Location: Remote (Must reside near an office site; Valley Forge, PA preferred, or Scottsdale, AZ / Charlotte, NC)
About the Role
We are growing rapidly, and finding top-tier talent at scale is critical to our success. As a Volume Recruiter, you will be the engine driving our talent pipeline. You won't just be filling seats—you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume positions, serving as an ambassador for our brand, executing creative sourcing strategies, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, love connecting with people, and have a proven track record of managing active candidate pipelines, this is your opportunity to make a massive impact on our growth.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Own full-lifecycle recruitment for high-volume requisitions, managing candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer extension.
Pipeline Generation: Leverage active and passive sourcing techniques (ATS, job boards, social media, talent communities) to maintain a robust and diverse candidate pipeline.
Conduct High-Volume Screenings: Execute structured, high-volume candidate interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and readiness for licensing requirements.
Guide Onboarding & Compliance: Partner closely with onboarding and compliance teams to ensure candidates successfully navigate background checks, FINRA, and SIE licensing requirements.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Build strong partnerships with business leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide market insights, and set expectations.
Drive Recruitment Metrics: Consistently hit key performance indicators (KPIs) including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, pipeline activity, and candidate satisfaction metrics.
Continuous Improvement: Identify trends and process bottlenecks in high-volume recruiting workflows to recommend solutions that streamline hiring.
