Treasury – Analyst
This role supports two global teams: Treasury Operations and Capital Markets. Key responsibilities include cash‑flow forecasting, international cash management, and debt‑management initiatives. Additional responsibilities include banking mandate updates & KYC’s and contributing to the review Treasury Policies to ensure Global Finance policies remain current, effective, and aligned with industry’s best practices.
Success in this role requires strong analytical judgment, effective decision‑making, problem‑solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, customer focus, strong time management, and a commitment to driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
Primary Functions and Responsibilities:
- Global Treasury Operations and Capital Markets teams
- Manage Global financial services cash mgmt., retail & e-commerce banking services
- Investments trading for operational cash
- Global review of Guarantee-issuance policy and implement system and process to support issuance/ execution of bank guarantees, parent and deposits.
- Support Global cash flow forecasting, including improvements utilizing RPA’s and AI enabled tools.
- Support Global cash flow forecasting automation project – International build
- Coordinate KYC compliance and support banking documentation worldwide and collaborate with Bank Administrator
- AI related initiatives: Prepare project planning materials to ensure relevant stakeholders understand policy changes and process updates
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes in FX policies and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Manage financial banking for currency regulated countries and not members of the In-House Bank.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Finance preferred). CTP a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of foreign exchange risk experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Global experience in financial services, cash forecasting and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Advanced proficiency in business applications, such as Microsoft Office
- Experience with system implementation; familiarity of SAP, treasury workstation and FX risks management Saas platforms and tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in Fintech/ Blockchain/ Robotic Process Automation/ AI, a strongly preferred
- Ability to travel to the San Francisco Corporate Office as required
