Compensation: $19.00/hour

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hybrid (mix of in-office and work-from-home days each week)

What You'll Do:

As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, agents, and brokers. Your primary focus will be providing exceptional service and support, which includes:

Responding to Inquiries: Promptly and efficiently handling incoming questions from customers, brokers, agents, and government agencies.

Clear Communication: Engaging with diverse groups through both verbal and written correspondence.

Financial Assistance: Guiding customers through various financial transactions.

Contract Interpretation: Explaining complex contract provisions for a variety of products to policyholders and other business units.

Staying Informed: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product provisions, administrative processes, and relevant federal and state regulations.

Problem Solving: Resolving routine errors and identifying situations that require more advanced technical knowledge for escalation.

Transaction Processing: Accurately processing monetary transactions within established guidelines.

Research & Analysis: Reviewing and interpreting records and reports to make informed decisions.

What We're Looking For:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Undergraduate studies or participation in technical coursework (such as LOMA, CLU, ChFC) are a plus.

Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong active listening abilities.

  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and databases.

  • A natural ability to empathize with customers and de-escalate situations.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred: NASD series 6 and/or 26 licenses are a plus and may be required depending on the assigned product line or distribution system.
