"Customer Service ? Participant ServicesAre you a customer service specialist looking for a bigger challenge with better pay? Can you translate complicated details into easily understandable information? One of our customers is growing and a Customer Relationship Associate position has just become available. If you?re great at helping people over the phone, we?d like to talk to you. What you?ll be doing: Customers call into our call center and speak to our customer service team. You?ll answer their questions about financial products and services. You?ll be much more than just part of a call center, you?ll be a technical subject matter expert (paid training provided) who helps retain and grow our customer base. Our client, located off of the 101 and Raintree in Scottsdale, is one of the world's largest investment companies, known for its client-first focus, high ethical standards, and collaborative, team-oriented culture. The position we?re hiring for has been designated temp-to-hire. Requirements: Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experienceDesire and motivation to obtain Financial Licensing - Series 6/63 (Company Paid) Outstanding positive attitude Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment.Keen attention to detailSuperior communication skillsPreferences: Prior customer service experience? We'd love to talk to you. Accounting/finance background, brokerage industry experience preferred.Customer service background preferred. Hours: Training: First 3 Weeks: M-F 8:30-5:00 during training After Training: M-F 9:30am ? 6pm "
